Connie Su is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who provides practical, evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to each individual’s health needs, lifestyle and cultural background.
Connie believes that healthy eating should be realistic, enjoyable and sustainable. Rather than following restrictive diets or complicated meal plans, she works with patients to develop achievable nutrition strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life.
With a strong understanding of culturally diverse foods and dietary practices, Connie provides personalised nutrition care for people from a wide range of backgrounds. She is passionate about helping patients make positive, long-term changes to their health and wellbeing.

Medicare Rebated Dietitian Consultations
Eligible patients may be able to access Medicare-rebated dietitian services through a GP referral and Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP).
Connie provides both initial and follow-up consultations, with the focus on practical recommendations that patients can realistically maintain.
Private consultations are also available without a GP referral.
Multilingual Dietitian Services
Connie provides consultations in:
English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien, helping patients feel comfortable discussing their food, culture, lifestyle and health goals.
