Meet Sreenithi Gopalakrishnan – Accredited Practising Dietitian
Sreenithi Gopalakrishnan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who provides personalised, evidence-based nutrition care with a holistic focus on nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour change.
Sreenithi takes a practical and culturally sensitive approach to nutrition, working collaboratively with patients, GPs and other healthcare professionals to develop realistic strategies that support long-term health and wellbeing.
Her philosophy is centred on “nourishing beyond diets”. Rather than restrictive approaches, Sreenithi helps patients develop a healthier relationship with food while building sustainable eating habits that fit their individual needs, preferences, culture and lifestyle.
With experience working with diverse communities, including Indian, Pakistani, African, Nepalese, Asian and Western backgrounds, Sreenithi understands the important role that culture and food traditions play in a person's health.

About Sreenithi
Sreenithi was born in India, raised in Africa, and now works with Malaysian and Australian communities, giving her a unique appreciation of how culture influences food choices and eating habits.
She is fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi, and has an understanding of Punjabi and Malayalam. This enables her to communicate comfortably with patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
